Everest Basecamp
I woke up at 3AM that morning as I knew it was the morning that climbers would begin scaling the Khumbu Icefall to make it up to camp 1 of Mount Everest on their 1st acclimatisation rotation on the mountain before attempting to reach the summit. Despite the extremely freezing conditions (-15C) I dragged myself out of my sleeping bag. I found a decent vantage point that would give me a good view over the camp and began clicking away. This image is the result.
